  is there a way yo recreate a visual effect to "rip" through an image? the best wat to describe this ripping or punch through effect is simialr to the way Porky Pig broke through the drum at the end of a Looney Tunes cartoon.   OS = Win10

  Can one fine tune video alignment with fast cut?
