Flip a Loop

MM 2013 How do you, or can you flip a loop? Instead of the loop playing from it's natural start postion and dragging it into the Time Line. Say I want to reverse / flip that loop so it plays from the other end ? Did that make sense? See pic for

how do I add additional clips to the timeline?
