  Thanks ralftaro. The issue has been resolved. Restarting Music Maker didn't solve the problem. However, after uninstalling Vita and the add-ons (presets) and re-installing them (also with a programme re-start), everything is now working perfectly.

  Vita sampler won't load won't chop
  Vita sampler is stopping me from renewing my subscription to Acid 8.it wont load samples and wont chop them. The workaround with explorer works but it wont chop the samples . Besides that is a dumb way to do it.

  Acid Pro 8 365. Windows 10. I paid $45 for the Vita instruments. When i attempt to use it with Acid Pro it tells me i need to pay $40 more to activate it. I sincerely hope im just doing something wrong in order to use it.
