  @Ivor-Williams007 Ray, what do you actually want to achieve: 1/ Split the 19GB master file into two bits? This would be best done outside Magix, because Magix be re-rendering each half of your master file before you even start editing it. Not ideal.

  @Alan-Pitt Maybe your antivirus deletes the installer directly after it finished downloading. I would suggest you disable it temporarily and enable it again after the update has finished.

  @Crayyy Were you able to start it in the past? Maybe the program settings are broken. You can try to delete the musicmaker.ini in the directory C:\Users\YourWindowsUsername\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\mm32 This will reset the settings. This might help.
