@john-v Hi . . . . format I am using in my videos is avi, since that is the only format Fraps records with. . . . FRAPS, a blast from the past, that in itself has a few issues that must be fixed before the video is brought into MEP: FRAPS records

Sir, I have just re-installed the Magix Rescue your Vinyls & Tapes!4 software which I purchased in 2012. My email address has changed since that date, so I need you to up-date the new information so that I can register the software again. If I

RE: Fast way to add intro exit to long video avoid render time
@CubeAce @johnebaker @AAProds @onlye Hi Ray - on looking at your screenshots of your tests I think the reason it is not working with MPEG4 is that the source files are .MP4 and they need to be .MTS to match the output file. In your second tests with

@Scenestealer @johnebaker Hi Peter, John. Sorry I've not long caught both your replies. I tried the Main Concept encoder but I can only get it to work with no use of either Smart render, Smart copy or no hardware encoding in use and the export time

This might be irrelevant, but I have noticed that when I open VPX8 and press play for the first time, playback is choppy. I then deactivate, and immediately reactivate, the lightning symbol and there is an instant (but not total) improvement. Does

@MCK There is certainly no harm in trying Mark. I've never really tried trial versions preferring to study the specs and features of a program before deciding what to buy. I started with Movie Edit Pro Premium 18 and renewed each year. (like

@MCK Hi Mark. There are a few other video editors that just require grunt from a CPU, relying on the number of cores and speed of the processor to crunch most of the rendering in software, but most of the others also incorporate the Intel quick sync

@Peter-Brooks, recording in SF is not as intuitive as punch in/out on a pro reel-to-reel machine but it can be done.Without having a manual (*hot-key) to punch-in on the fly, which SF does not currently have without a custom *script, you will have

@mark-perry Mark, that is pretty nifty that Media Player Lite can give you a Mediainfo readout. Could you show us the bottom bit of the readout (the audio section) for one of the "good" VOBs and one of the "bad" VOBs.
