RE: Midi instruments get recorded into audio tracks
Ok? I have a Mackie Bog Knob audio interface and using ASIO. But I don’t see any such setting on it. Seems to me it must be in the software.

RE: Total Failure on Windows 11
So far this may be pointing to a RealTek audio driver issue on Windows 11 for playback vs. using ASIO and DAW for recording. Will report back after more testing to help anyone else who may run into a problem on Win 11. I installed the updated

RE: Aja Kona support?
Try a different driver, asio-4-all for instance, and/or setting it as the default sound device in Windows sound settings.

RE: Not getting any sound levels from my DJ hardware (XDJ-XZ) input.
@SP. I tried changing the sample rate to 48,000 & bit depth to 16, then tried bit depth at 24 & any of those combinations don't work, I get the error message saying "one or more audio playback devices do not support the current sample rate

RE: No master audio signal in midi track only project
@Luca8650 Ok, the driver settings look good. You can set the Monitoring Mode slider to the rightmost position to enable the Mixer FX Monitoring Hybrid Engine. But I see in your screenshots, that you have enabled recording on a track with MIDI. That

RE: Connecting Guitar To PC (Windows 10 Pro) And Hear The Guitar Playing
@johnebaker Hi John EB, Now I'm even more confused. Hello, it is connected straight to the PC with the USB cable, through the Sound Blaster sound card. But, as you say, a Sound Blaster doesn't have a USB port. If it's not a MIDI guitar, then why get

ASIO drivers
I am having problems with ASIO drivers. Everything seemed ok with the direct sound drivers but I can't get any of the ASIO drivers to work. ASIO low latency drivers work but they stop my USB microphone from working and I started having problems with

RE: ASIO drivers and audio handling in general.
@Kraznet Hi Martin, Yes, ASIO would be excellent to have in VPX, along with VST3 capability. I suggest that you raise this with Magix and on the Samplitude/Sequoia forum - with your friends at Magix who could possibly have some influence or help out

OK. The output is showing music maker asio as the output, however, I cannot get anything in the input box, despite having installed drivers. So in short, the daw is not seeing my input. Again, many thanks for your support.

RE: VST Buffer Error
@Christopher-Robertson If you have selected an ASIO driver you can set the buffer size by clicking on the Advanced button. The buffer size should be something like 2048, 1024, 512, 256, 128, 64 etc.

DN-e1 Cuts out in every bar
Hi If I'm playing DN-e1 instruments they stop dead at the same place every bar (around 3/4), but they can be retriggered. So, long chords stop at that place, any delay echoes stop at that place. It's unusable for me. I've checked ASIO and buffer

RE: Does this work with Presonus Audiobox iTwo?
@Peacepipes I suggest you download the free version from Magix.com and try it on your computer. This is the most reliable way to check if everything works correctly. Usually, if your interface has an ASIO driver you only need to select that driver

RE: Keyboard doesn't work
@Curtis-Harmon Where do you change the latency? In the ASIO driver settings which can be opened by clicking on the Advanced button? Even larger latency settings like 2048 samples should be barely noticeable because that's less than 50 ms.
