  @CubeAce I'll try changing the audio buffer, that's the default, & yep well aware of proxies & prerender, proxies often don't seem to make much difference &prerender can actually screw up the timeline, I tried both on this with no joy.

  @Mikol-Havel You're after Camera Zoom/Shot aka Pan and Zoom. Set your Movie Settings to 9:16 eg 1080 x 1920 and type in 9:16 (or whatever ratio you want; square might be better for phones/FB. MMS has a 1080x1080 preset on the "Movie Settings" page:
