  RE: PC freezes when it wants to automatically save the current file
  I didn't find a solution yet. I have a slightly different PC configuration at the moment (new SSD - system drive), but the problem remains. I think I will no longer use the automatic save-option... not a real solution, but it might help.

  Try the following and see if this helps. And this is due to Acid Pro still being very unstable at the moment. After doing the following, it stopped the crashes in my case and rendering problems are gone. Remove any Magix effects/Instruments (midi).
