    RE: Zoom and hold image
@Former user I like that idea. I just tried it. I will need to fine tune my grab. Another Zoom type question. I recall from earlier versions that I could do a select any portion of an underlying picture and was not limited to fixed dimensions. While

@browj2 @AAProds @johnebaker Hi John. Have you started part 2 yet? Please include the usefulness and danger of the movable central anchor point. Useful because you can place the anchor point anywhere within or outside of the manipulated image but

    RE: Timeline colour and selection
@AAProds Al, What is the fade-in length? How do you know this (if you were a newbie)? You have to click on the button then click on Transition length, or Shift+N. Same with transitions. What is the duration of a transition? With an effect? Not all

    RE: Zoom and hold image
@FF22 I use Camera/Zoomshot in this scenario. As it's name suggests, I find it more intuitive to use as you can see the zoom box (and where it is going), as opposed to peering through a hole in the monitor dragging looking for the area you want to

Hi @rraud and Seasons Greetings to you too! The recording sample rate is 44100 Hz per the default setting in Sound Forge. I'm not sure what it would be coming out of the amplifier, but the strange this is that it records fine for a while and then

RE: Movie Edit Pro - Audio crackling when crossfading video files.
@FernandoBadler @johnebaker @AAProds @Marc-Goder Hi. There is a marked difference in the way audio files are generally handled in a video editing application than a dedicated audio editor. A video editor has to load the audio and video data in

How Do You Disable Page Advance While Editing
So, I noticed if I'm zoomed way out, the page advance DOESN'T happen (meaning what you see on the current screen), meaning, if the scroller goes completely to the end of my screen, then advances to the next page or next set of edits on the tracks,

RE: "Wrong" 4:3 images should have been 16:9 to fil TV screen
@Reyfox Resolution is measured in pixels per inch / cm, whatever. If you change the ratio of the image it does not change that. Place an object in the centre of an image. Take one shot at 4:3 and another at 16:9. Take them as a raw images. Zoom in

@browj2 I beg to differ on your list above, as @Reyfox says I don't want to make this a pissing contest but you've mentioned Vegas MS &! Pro together so you're insinuating that 'Vegas' doesn't have what you have listed. I would say apart from

@SomeMan On the preview, Movie Studio shows (picture) but produces a normal 16:9 horizontal video. No. Notice the black black shape on the top and bottom of your video? That is the 9:16 video shape. What you need to do now is use the Section effect

@DBoydNL The Keyframe area is at the bottom of the Media Pool. It is the width of the Media Pool, not the width of the Timeline (or Project Window as Magix calls it). This is documented in the manual. Resizing the keyframe area is not documented, or
