RE: Wishlist for the next Music Maker!
@Steve_GothAngel_ Samplitude has the same object oriented workflow like Music Maker. It includes a Soundpool Manager like Music Maker. The Music Studio version also uses a lot of the same internal effects. Sorry, but you don't know what you're

RE: Magix Future?
@browj2 Bugs that have been documented and been around for a long time are issues that a lot of software suffer from. Without a lot of resources (money and programmers) some just won't get fixed. I can't answer for VPX/MMS programmers. I am sure

RE: MMS 2022 Suite, Slideshow Maker
@Greg123 @johnebaker @browj2 Hi Greg. I tried cropping an image at random using the free custom option so that it did not have a standard ratio. This was to simulate a still or video that did not have a standard screen ratio. Then opened up Movie

RE: Movie Studio 2024 Platinum - Timeline cursor
@ZeffZane Hi, ...but why in the world would you change all the basic stuff that always worked? because it's an entirely different program. The Vegas team stopped development of Movie Studio with v17. The upgrade options were to Magix Movie Studio

RE: Video Pro X16 - New Features and Bug Repairs
@Can-Dive Using the current Top-down approach explain what the project would look like? You've got the program, surely you can set it up that way? This is pretty basic Magix stuff. FWIW, I think your terminology should be swapped; Magix is "Bottom

RE: MX3d_PresentationLayer_x64.dll crash rendering 60fps 1080 GoPro video
@Steve-Blackman Hi, yeah frustrating when you can't pin down the problem, To my novice eye those files don't look unusual, there's differences like Format AVC vs HEVC & different frame rates but as you say there well away from from were it

RE: Proxy files problem | "Creation of a proxy not required"
@Former user So to speak, I may not follow the "traditional" way, but if all would work fine, then my method would not be the issue. That is certainly the way I have done, and do, run Magix. That is precisely what Section and Camera Zoomshot are

RE: Can Not Export 4k or Higher Video in Portrait + MPEG-4 Issues
@AAProds @CubeAce @browj2 @johnebaker I think you are assuming wrong about the export format orientation. @Purbear wants to Edit a portrait video and export for Tic-toc, hence I read he still wants to export in portrait, not landscape. So the entire

Windows 10 vs 8.1 for MMM2023

RE: How to exchange softwares?
@Stephen-Prager Hi, Just so you know, there is no more Vegas Movie Studio being offered. They stopped at version 17 and Magix picked up the ball by modifying Movie Edit Pro to be able to read Vegas MS files (events only without effects) and then

@Purbear @AAProds @browj2 I love the portrait landscape argument / debate. I find it amazing how it can be accepted in one art format but not another dependent on personal experience and historic context. Artists and photographers have always used

Many thanks for looking into this Ray. I deleted any identifiable information (names/location) from the header title - hence the XX's. The video files were obtained with a GoPro 4, and the length modified using the trim feature of Microsoft Photos

RE: HEVC compression artifacts
@AAProds Hi Al. That file has been videoed in portrait orientation. Did you turn it 90º anticlockwise as @nicolesharp100 did for export? That has turned out to be a bit of a pain to do in VPX 14. I thought I would just be able to use one axis but it
