  How can I change .JPX files to .JPG or TIFF or a usefull file that you can really use on the computer?

  You would need to create a transparent image the size of your video, such as 720x480 for SD. in Photoshop or any paint program that will save a transparent tiff file. Put your watermark in that file then layer it under your video on the timeline. A
