RE: Right click > Movement > effects behave inconsistently
Hi Terry, I tried on both VPX and MEP2016 and I get 100-126 zooming in, and 126-100 zooming out. I tried several times. No problems with panning either.

Right click > Movement > effects behave inconsistently
With an object selected on the MEP 2016 Premium timeline, I'm getting strangely inconsistent behaviour when I use Right click > Movement > Zoom Out (or In). On a minority of occasions I get an exaggerated zoom range of 156 to 64, instead of

RE: New Blue Essentials: Auto Contrast puzzle
Hi Terry My tests with MEP2017 and VPX confirm that the Big Boost NB FX does give a more contrasty preview in the NB interface monitor than in the Magix Preview and export, but the result is still much more contrasty and vibrant than in your preview

Why are images distorted (widened) when panning?
I am making a first short photostory with Magix Photostory Deluxe. I am trying to add panning and zooming effects. Zooming in or out or panning up or down seem to work well, but when I try to pan left or right on an image, the image is often

Mono Outputs
I'm a graduate student doing my masters thesis. For part of my thesis I've built a custom mixing/panning engine. I've done all my recording work so far in Sequoia for ease of editing, and I finally tried to pair it with my external program to find

I know this thread is already several years old, indeed I commented so myself in an earlier post, but just in case someone else finds it in the future whilst searching for a solution to the problem of audio in one channel only, I wanted to add one

Can't force a Cross Fade after an edit
Okay, I like the cross-fade between slides. But on many occasions if I do some editing around two slides in Story Board Mode, like just now I made two slides into a panorama, the cross fade is replaced by a SWITCH (dramatic change rather than cross

RE: Border Effects to use a Portrait image in a wide/full screen video
I guess I'm finding Border Effects to animated or too busy and they detract from the narrower Portrait oriented image that I'm trying to fill out. But I added one and now I've done too much additional editing and can't get back using UNdo to remove

RE: Using Photostory 2017 to reproduce Ken Burns effects
Dear John, Since my last missive I think that I have mastered the Pan & Zoom functions through the "Camera/zoom" option. I have got the operation down to eight or less steps, including clicking on the photo in Story board and adjusting the

Using Photostory 2017 to reproduce Ken Burns effects
Dear All, I have an AMD athlon quad core, 32 GB of RAM and an ASUS HD6570 graphics card, running Windows 7 64 bit OS. For a number of years I've used Serif's MoviePlus X6 to produce slide shows, which have included pan and zoom operating on still

Hi . . . . However, I wasn't able to play the finished disc in an older ACER laptop I have. . . . . If you are burning BluRay to a disc, you will not be able to play the disc on any PC unless it has a BD drive and you have BD player software

RE: Why might I not be able to make keyframes for "Section" parameters?

RE: Why might I not be able to make keyframes for "Section" parameters?
Actually you can do it without using masks. The trick is to apply the "Section" effect then apply a "Movement Template", in your case Mike a Left to Right pan, and then go to the "Camera Movement/Zoom" effect window and the KFramer becomes

Separate background music
Could Spectralayers Pro reduce or mute the sound of music that is stereo (different in left and right channels) without affecting the center panned foreground dialogue or sound effects? If so how? Here's the audio files I'm working on.

RE: Can we emulate the keyframe system from Camtasia in Movie Edit Pro?
Javier, In Camtasia, you say that every time that you have to zoom you do it manually by adjusting the slider. Like John EB, I am having trouble visualizing just adjusting a zoom slider and then panning to the correct location in 1 second and

RE: Can we emulate the keyframe system from Camtasia in Movie Edit Pro?
Hi @ johnebaker If you are doing this manually in Camtasia, ie have no Zoom and Pan file taken during recording, then in your timing example - adding in step 4 the Camtasia method time to add a zoom/pan keyframe becomes at least 3 sec not 1
