    RE: [Closed] Transition Plugins
@Colorz Once again, you're showing stuff that is either done using the camera, manually, or someone made some of his own transitions templates using the tools available in the program, and saved them for reuse. In the case of your video link, the

    RE: [Closed] Transition Plugins
Hi guys, ok where do i begin..."there is no plugin that automatically creates an odd-shaped mask and then automatically figures out what type of effect that I want that depends on the material that I'm using." Ok, i know that..what i mean is that

@Colorz . . . . what i want to see is more modern transitions . . . . The examples in Finn's video are based on the same principles as the very basic one I posted, Keyframe animation and of various effects. Like the example Finn has posted I prefer

@browj2 . . . . 1. Making a panorama, and 2. Using the mirror commands under rotation? . . . . Is this the same mirror issue as in MEP here. John EB @johnebaker I should have noted more carefully the problems mentioned on the German site. I did

Strange video artifacts when using pro DAD Mercalli
Hello! I'm currently in the process of trying a few different video editors before I purchase. So far, Movie Edit Pro is the smoothest, fastest and simplest video editor I've tried (this is my 5th). That being said, I'm having strange video

RE: 2 little questions about video editing / software
Hi, I still don't understand about "...without a pause button which holds the footage and then plays it/audio in micro-segments..." Stop=Pause. A second button would be redundant. You can't be paused or stopped and not stopped at the same time. Bear

RE: [Closed] What 'quality level number' do I need to select to get max possible??
Genuinely don't get why the developers of Magix were incapable of putting a basic standard pause button in, like every single other editing software has though.Just is bewildering why they thought the product would be better/or even ok without such

Ok well i've tried to use Magix to edit, but its just total crap and junk as editing software sorry! It doesn't even have a pause button ffs, only a 'hard stop' button, so I cannot even pause at frames to select where to cut/add animations, which

Hi, Yes. Press on Y to go to Program Settings, under the Video/Audio tab, change the Standard picture length to what you want. The default should have been 7 seconds, not 10. If you have already put some photos on the timeline, select one, right

RE: How to achieve the "infinite zoom effect" with MEP 17?
Hi, I presume that you have Plus or Premium. To do this, you need to understand keyframing, mask creation and Chromakey alpha. I used VPX, but you can use MEP for everything but the zoom blur at the end. I created a mask of the window using Xara

I want to say thanks for getting the first AP8 patch out to the masses. It would be great if we could get a little more info and details concerning what has changed. The AP8 v8.0.3 (build 223) update info from Magix is rather generic and not very

    Manually sliding tracks

RE: Bug and comments on Smart Copy in Video Pro X
@peter-duke Hi . . . . . According to VideoReDo, the first two frames are B frames followed by an IDR frame (a special I frame) in both cases. Then follow a series of B and P frames (not the same) to complete the GOP before an I frame and so on . .

RE: VPX and importing dual-stream MVC 3D stereo formats - which work?
Hi, It's certainly possible that the original clip I posted was actually set to AVCHD and not the MP4 setting as I thought, as it was shot at the beginning of last year and I am not certain. I usually use the MP4 setting as I prefer the quality.
