@mikerb That will certainly deal with 4K MP4 material with effects better than my current system as both that internal Intel GPU and more so the nvidia GPU are both around 30% more powerful than my own computer components. Just make sure the machine

@MovieSL Hi, I have MEP2015 Premium and see the same thing as you, including 14.0.0.160. I have no idea why I didn't update at the time. The notice that there was a patch available did not pop up upon opening the program, which maybe why I didn't

@Reyfox Hi. If I can answer your questions a little out of order from the order you posted them. I have no idea if the Vegas 'jargon' is the same in most other editors to MMS or VPX or not. I have not used any Grass Valley or BlackMagic Design

Timelapse clips grainy after export | Movie Studio 2023
Hi there, After I export my movie, the clips filmed with Gopro hero 10 Timewarp mode (timelapse video 10x speed), will get grainy after export. Otherwise the video quality is really good. I used the "best" coding option for export. Hardware, Intel

RE: Settings for exporting MP4
@marcusdeman Hi Marcus. You have to realise that each export is a re-encoding and compression of the files being rendered. Ideally to keep the quality of the encoding high, especially if you have done anything to the files other than cut and butt

RE: MainConcept MPEG-4 codec not working

RE: How to export a movie in portrait format (for upload to Twitter)
@liam-jeffs Hi. Yes some OFX plugin effects tend to use the CPU for processing rather than the GPU and a lot of system ram. I have had up to 24GBs or more of system ram in use using just one OFX plugin. (Boris FX Titler.) Has your laptop got a 4K

RE: SFPro 16.1.2/Windows locks up for a while when saving files
In my 'sum and difference' experiments it is not absolutely lossless with a music source, the difference may be inaudible to human ears though., as is the goal of most data compression formats. The compression quality setting is another factor.
