RE: screen recording
@clinton-gadd @CubeAce@johnebaker A few points that might help us better to help you: 1. Did you study the basic tutorial that Jeff recommended five weeks ago? 2. You have not yet created a signature, so it's difficult to recall (if you ever told

RE: screen recording
@clinton-gadd Hi Clinton. Any effect you want to animate has to be animated in the Key Frame editor or the effect will remain static. You can adjust how many times the rotation happens and for how long by adding key frames. There are tutorials on

@terrypin, @Scenestealer, @Frank-Hough Hi Peter is correct in the MoviePlusX6 screenshots do show the increase in size and zoom. . . . . inadvertently grown a little and changed aspect ratio . . . . The Crop effect used - is the same as the Section

Hi John, I seem to be getting everyone confused and may not have expressed my query enough. I think I know about Size/Position, Section and Rotation/Mirror. With the result as above using Size Position between 2 KFs. What I am after is getting my

RE: Zooming in on an image
@Frank-Hough Hi Frank You can use the Rotation/Mirror effect to tilt the 10 deg or so - 3rd dial on the right. As @terrypin and @browj2 have mentioned Section is an alternative, however it does have an odd behaviour if you apply rotation to then go

RE: Zooming in on an image
@Frank-Hough Hi, Further to what Terry mentioned, I noticed that you used Crop in the old version. That is now called Section. If you crop using Section, you can uncheck full screen, then you can adjust the size and position under SizePosition and

RE: Birthday Ballons
@CubeAce @johnebaker @DRORENGEL Hi Ray, I find working with TGA files a PITA, at least in PaintShop Pro. So I gave up on that for now, and downloaded some single balloons of several colours from the web, snipped their strings, and saved them as

RE: Birthday Ballons
@terrypin Hi Terry. You would have to add the rotating effect and remove the strings as well, but point taken. I thought it was a lot of work but understand that is no restriction that ever affects you 😉. Personally I would make a jpg or png of each

RE: How to have an image twirl in from the left to centre screen
@1940 Hi Oz. I seem to be the only one around much today. Sorry. I really think at this point you need to spend some time reading your manual, looking at the tutorials on this forum, and learning what each of the supplied effects can do within VPX.

RE: Is automation of another movie position possible within a frame?
@CubeAce Hi Ray, I'm not quite following exactly what you are trying to do. However, the automation is approximate at best, trying to get 2 overlay images linked to and following exactly the same point will probably not be perfect. Adding in a video
