[Solved] Soundboard 10 : "Internal error 2721.sfwmf4setup"

I am reinstalling on Windows 10 on a HP laptop and have had no problems in the past on this same machine. Media Player is already on the machine. I have checked the first two items in Windows components. I would really appreciate a solution to this

@mark-p8189 If you upload screenshots of all your audio settings, audio driver settings, project settings and export settings we can maybe see something that causes your problems. You can use the blue arrow icon above the response text box to upload

Jeff thank you, yes you wright. I know the problem with the large quantity of the *.jpg files. Sometimes i sitting long nights to save each individual frame to get bundle with 600+ files. Why i'm doing that? The video i'm filming yas a maximum zoom

[Solved] X5 and 365 - Problems

I just had a computer crash (magix mm 2023 was on the crashed computer), so my 2nd computer has Samplitude X5, and compared to Magix MM it is chalk and cheese in terms of Automation. No matter what I did with X5, the audio recording is distorted,

@NappeR It seems to be a general problem. Also Vegas crashes. Acid and Vegas had the same codebase in the past, therefore it's likely caused by the newest Intel

I think I have solved the problem. I was presented with a dialog box (I have no idea where it came from!) , which asked me if I wanted to download MPEG4. After I did this I have been able to select the export codecs
