I've ordered and received the activation code for AVCHD and the code will not work. I receive the error message, "The activation code is incorrect. Please make sure it has been entered correctly or contact the MAGIX customer service:

@Peter-Davidson-Smith Hi Peter. This is a user forum only. There are no Magix staff here. We have no idea what problems you have. You should have had two emails. One with your receipt, and another with the activation codes. Try emailing
