  Is the other program adding sharpening before writing to file?  In MEP you can sharpen the whole timeline by selecting Effects, Movie Effects, Sharpen tab and set the sharpness - try 65 as a starting point. Wow, this solved it. I'm now getting

  Burn failure

  Pixillating 2 areas of a video sequence

  AVCHD import of contiguous sequence
  I am sure this has been asked before but I can't find an answer here with search. Using Pro X4 and trying to import long AVCHD takes which the camera (Canon HFM41) has split into 2 GB contiguous files due to the memory card's format limitations.
