  @Lance-Troian Do your still have the CD? I don't think the downloader will still work. Activation might be possible if you select offline activation after installing the program and entering the serial number and computer ID into the activation

  Since no one is able to get MAGIX to respond and I am unable to reactive this program on my new PC, does anyone suggest a very user-friendly product that I can get instead? I do simple videos for our family reunions and sometimes for family reunions

  I uninstalled the program and removed all folders and registry entries related to Magix. I re-installed and it still closed before finishing. I restarted the PC and it worked.

  I paid for the MPEG4 addition and it said it successfully loaded but I still cannot open MP4 videos in Magix Movie Studio Pro 14. Only get black screen. Any suggestions or ideas will be appreciated..

  @pjleese The program in the Ultimate Edition is still the Premium version, in case this is your question. There is no separate Ultimate program version. But the Ultimate Edition comes with additional content. So please check your order confirmation
