errors when pasting effects to video section and on some other effects
Hi, I'm having some problems with Movie Edit 2022 (21.0.1.92). Hopefully someone can help me sort them out. 1. On the timeline at some point I have 4 clips that I sectioned, resized and positioned (looks like 4 images in 1). I copied the video

RE: Movie Studio 2022 cannot separate multiple audio tracks
@RickJames-Bish I have a copy of MS 16 and I can't split the files in that either. I can only choose a channel so I would have to duplicate the track and then choose left for one track and right for the other. Even though MS uses less resources

@Gredsted If both GPUs are available then setting the program settings to use the nvidia card for Import /Processing / Export is ideal but also in the. Windows / Settings / Display / Graphics settings, Make sure the Hardware-accelerated GPU

RE: Upgrading Processor to i7 Using MEP 2016 Plus
@CarpentersMate @Scenestealer Hi Mike. Thanks Ray - You guys are probably also busy with Christmas and family (very understandable) 😀 Not personally Mike, most of that is sorted and the rest will be last minute. We do not have large immediate

RE: Upgrading Processor to i7 Using MEP 2016 Plus
@CarpentersMate Hi Mike. The reason you may not have had any replies yet is because I'm not sure we know what you are asking. If you are asking which CPU to buy to replace your existing CPU for your current motherboard then you may be stuck using

RE: New Processing Challenge
@johnebaker @browj2 Hi john. Yes, I found the same CPU GPU usage, possibly because most of the work involved is using mainly 3D graphics more than video encoding / decoding / copying. The main difference is my Intel GPU was bouncing back and forth

@choplife @AAProds @johnebaker Hi. It's rated as being 40% more powerful than my GTX 1650 Super and has 6GB of DDR6 Vram. It's the card I would have bought if I could have afforded it at the time. It is not the fastest card out there by any means

@Gredsted @johnebaker @Former user @miro-pivar Hi Leif. I'm not a programmer, just another end user but I can see via task manager that having an approved Internal GPU within a CPU can be a bonus even if you have an appropriate third party graphics

RE: Capture Sputtering - DV Tape
@CarpentersMate Hi Mike . . . . interruptions are totally erratic occuring sometimes every few seconds to close to a full minute . . . . That is definitely not power management, do the eSATA boxes a USB connection? If so is this OK? John EB

RE: Capture Sputtering - DV Tape
Hi John I just ordered 2 new 6' esata cables (the longer length to prevent them from being pulled out accidentally). I've also read where some folks have had their cables fail after a while from plugging and unplugging ...? But that seems unlikely

@CarpentersMate Hi Mike To add to @AAProds comment "eventually no longer recognised the device". If the eSATA power management is at its default settings it will turn off after a specified idle time. You should be able to turn of the 'Allow the

@christopher-young Disable all power saving mechanisms of Windows 10 and in your BIOS, especially USB power saving which can cause problems for audio interfaces. Check that no security software or services run in the background that can interfere

@johnebaker On separate notes. I have loaded previous older projects with no problems now, either in playback or rendering videos or on exit. No freezing or lack of a full shutdown. Proxy files seem to be behaving better than before using much less

RE: Does MEP have any AI-Plugins that remove people from video footage?
@CubeAce @Apollo89x Mocha is the same, you need the person to be moving so it can see & replicate the background, you can fill in areas that aren't seen using a captured image (cleanplate), then erase & fill in the missing bits in Photoshop

RE: Does MEP have any AI-Plugins that remove people from video footage?
@Apollo89x @Former user Hi. ProDad Hide works but the type of clips it will work with is limited because it must also have access to the background behind the object within a given amount of frames so as to replace the missing object or person. It

RE: Good bye Magix Acid Pro 10
Dont do it!!! I switched to Cubase Artist 11 and it has been awesome! No issues whatsoever. And it is way more powerful than Acid Pro 10. It has so many built in features that Acid would need a plugin to accomplish. This means you can use less
