RE: Finished video does not fit on screen
@Mary-Westheimer Hi . . . .  I'm creating video for Instagram (1080x1920) . . . . This is a 9:16 Aspect Ratio (AR), portrait video format, are the export settings matching the correct AR and resolution for Instagram? See this tutorial on using 9:16

@Asparuh-Asparuhov Hi My apologies for the late reply. . . . . The problem is in storyboard When I click on the cursor it will jump left or right but close to the mouse. Then the cursor will follow the mouse out of sync. . . . . Does your mouse have

RE: "Wrong" 4:3 images should have been 16:9 to fil TV screen
@FF22 Yeah you're getting that because you've changed the orig photos, If you open Section you'll see the dotted selection, MS is still applying what you told it to before you saved it but now it's confused, just remove section & the black bars

After highlighting the shaky section in the timeline, when I click the "Analyze Motion Data" button, a pop-up appears "Plug-in Analysis" showing a progress bar which increases up to 100%. Then the pop-up window disappears. The button now reads

    RE: Magix Video Resolutions Incorrect?
@CubeAce If you have an OLED or quantum dot LED TV you will not see a black bar on the screen as they have 'perfect black' screens as those pixels are effectively turned off and do not rely on back screen illumination. Ray, what I was getting at was

@Former user I just put a short 4k 4096 x 2160 clip on YT it still only shows as 2160 4k but the image looks correct, longer than a 16:9 Gid, RC "stats for nerds". You'll see the actual resolution. YT will fit it's player window around your video,

@me_again Bugs are more or less fixed. Good.  Nope. The backup-stealing-the-mouse-bug is still there; try doing some colour adjustments when an autobackup runs! While the Section effect no longer disappears when you change objects, MMS's handling of

@johnebaker MediaInfo is correct in reporting the AR, 720:576 = 5:4, however due to the video being anamorphic the AR of the viewed pixels is not square John, Mediainfo isn't correct, it is just reporting what it sees in the file data, or perhaps it

[Closed] Cannot render in full screen on Vegas 19
I use a 49" ultra wide monitor 5120x1440 32:9 resolution. I'm able to change the resolution to 5120x1440 in project settings and then my preview will be full screen without any black bars. However when I go to render, I'm unable to adjust to

@CubeAce Ray, @macarrao is using proxy files. I doubt whether VFR is an issue. In my experience, recent phones cannot be locked to a framerate, despite what the settings can be put on. The settings are only the target, with the lighting determining

    RE: Magix Video Resolutions Incorrect?
Truth be known, buying a 4K TV versus a UHD TV  I haven't come across a "4k" ie 4096 TV at all. I don't think they're available from the mainstream vendors. Panasonic, Samsung and LG market their 3840x2160 UHD TVs as 4k. However, if having the

Sony thinks 4k is 3840 x 2160 as well: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00044504 As does virtually every other Google hit on "what is 4k". Despite that, I now see the technical difference between UHD and 4k. Which raises a question:

@macarrao Hi. Thanks for the file data. As partially suspected, it is an HEVC file with variable frame rate. These can cause problems because Video editors at present deal with constant frame rate exporting... Thanks you Ray,i learn, will do it in

Hi, John, It worked, but, not well. Note the warning I got from Windows in the attached screenshot about tinkering with it. What I'm working with is a Dell XPS laptop with UHD 2560x1440, defaulting to 150%. I mirror it with a 32-inch LG UHD monitor.

@Colorz Arrgh, I just realised we're in the VPX sub-forum. You should be able to set 1634 for export as I mentioned above. We still need to know what you're trying to achieve with your video though: black side bars, stretched or cropped top and
