  @Scott-Griffiths You can try to manually install the Vita Instruments. Visit Producerplanet.com and login with your e-mail address and password. Look under My Products for your instruments. Download the installer and then run it. Does this work?

  In the Service Center> My Products entry, the 'deactivate' option is in the "Details" sub menu.. at least for Magix PC products but I would assume the Sound Forge Pro Mac would be the same despite it being discontinued.
