Sound Forge 17.0.2 (x64) Build 109 - Program wont load up

Just did upgrade from SF16 to 17. Was able to do initial startup, serial #, etc., but now program won't load - it starts to, then fails. Win 10, 64 bit, 32 GB RAM. Earlier versions of SF have also done this and I don't recall the fix???
