RE: exactly what in premium do i not need to buy license for commercial
This is false information - if you use the soundpools for commercial uses then the appropriate Audio Pro licence is required from Magix/Catooh - see here for more information, here for the licence types and this comment for further clarification on

RE: exactly what in premium do i not need to buy license for commercial
@dark_spartan . . . . i have read but doesnt 100% understand exactly "To put it simply: If you are using sounds or loops from Music Maker or Music Maker Jam for commercial purposes, you need permission from MAGIX to do so. To make this process as

RE: Unable to find license for Soundpool "Feel Good"
You're welcome. Just to make sure we're on the same page: What I said above just applies to this exception of the "Feel Good" soundpool you mentioned in the title of this thread. For most any other MAGIX Music Maker soundpool or Music Maker Jam

RE: Unable to find license for Soundpool "Feel Good"
Hi all, I'm afraid this is a bit of an exception from the general rule, when it comes to MAGIX soundpools. I just talked to my colleagues at Catooh the other day regarding this matter. This particular soundpool was put together from some other

RE: Unable to find license for Soundpool "Feel Good"
johnebaker, it does not appear to be the Feel Good Soundpool I was looking for, although it is interesting that the one you linked to didn't not show up when I searched. Thanks for the effort! To clarify, when I downloaded the free version of music

RE: Unable to find license for Soundpool "Feel Good"
Please contact the support for this. You can't buy the commerical license for this on catooh. The Chart Hits - Pop Soundpool is similar, but not has the same loops.

RE: Unable to find license for Soundpool "Feel Good"
Thanks johnebaker. I have already read the article you linked me to and I understand what kind of license I need for what I want to do with the music. That being said, as I stated in the original post, I am unable to find any licenses on Catooh for

Hi Welcome to the forum. See this article on using Soundpools for commercial purposes. . . . . although ads may run on it in the near future . . . . In a nutshell - if you, or a third party, are getting income from the videos ie by sales or ads are

Music Maker - Bugs I've Identified
Hi All, I just wanted to share the bugs and issues I've encountered so far with Music Maker Premium. First, I want to preface this by saying I absolutely do not use the Soundpools - so my feedback is purely based on trying to use this as a simple

RE: Instruments appear locked in library (Solved!)
Thank you for taking the time to clarify that, John. The private license terms on Catooh are a little vague and I would not have gotten that from reading what they list. I'll make a note of it for future reference. Now, then... Do you have any idea

Hi . . . . But technically, due to the license restrictions on Catooh, you could not use the music made with any of the soundpools in any form or fashion, be it non-commercial or otherwise, without first purchasing an unlimited license for the packs

RE: Instruments appear locked in library (Solved!)
Thanks, but it appears you may have misunderstood my use of the word 'sample'. I wasn't referring to the sampling of the instruments, themselves, but rather that the packs bought in the store can't be used for anything and are designed to let you

RE: Special Editions & Purchasing Commercial Licensing (so we can use it)
Just my two cents, but soundpools serve very little real practical purpose in reality. They are an easy cash grab but the license is such that you can't do anything with them. It is not easy to identify & purchase the commercial editions. On

RE: Music Maker not allowing me to activate instrument
I got started with MMJ, and at first it worked a treat and exported to MMM very well. Then suddenly the projects wouldn't import into MMM, and wouldn't open in MMJ either. Old projects, new projects, whatever. With constant crashing. Lots of stories

@falling_starz Hi, How far back are you going? My first one was 2013 basic, and I only have the install file, didn't keep any other ones, but I know that I received some Soundpools, probably +1000 Sounds. For 2014 Premium, I have the install files,
