  Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge community @Ron-Pelletier. .You should not need to uninstall older versions. Try resetting SF back to the default settings ('File' menu) which also clears the cache. If that does not work, try an uninstall/reinstall.

    Do you see Pro 11 listed in Magix 'My Products" in the Magix Service Center Otherwise here is a link to download the Magix SF Pro 11 installer. There is no guarantee it Pro 11 will activate though if Magix does not recognize your email address.
