Help with live insturment recordings

I need help, with live insturment recordings. I can lay down say the drum beat and then go to record the guitar but it rerecords the drum beat with the guitar. How do I stop the beats from recording along with the live insturment I am trying to

in the middle of recording a vocal section on an arrangement the recording will stop. Can someone tell me why?

Recording guitar with drums playing. Help?

I'm using Magix Music Maker 16. I'm having an issue that I don't believe I had before. When I lay down drums, and click record so I can record my guitar over it, it records the drums (Which I don't want). Then after I record, the drums play, but

First, make sure you have the tracks layed out correctly. The way Movie Edit Pro works with tracks im vital for how things are setup. The lower number track is always going to be the furthest back or the background to any higher number

we have movie edit pro 11 installed

we are trying to learn how to lay down video without the audio, or going back to the audio track and deleting it all together. it will allow me to lower the db's but not eliminate the audio . thank you.
