I have Music Maker 2025 Premium and a LOOPS UNLIMITED subscription, but after turning on the MM program, I do not have access to the Soundpols, and in the browser it shows me that I can buy them. How do I fix this issue, how do I make Soundpools

[Solved] Free soundpools not visible

I got 2 free sound pools through ProducerPlanet:. You can download both as zip files, but I can't get them to show up among my loops. How can I fix that?

@Tomek-Plich Please try to uninstall the program called Magix Content and Soundpools. This will open a window that will show you all the installed Magix Instruments. If nothing is listed there, you didn't install them

@cayden-brownAssuming you have re-installed MM2024 (per @SP. 's suggestion) and logged in, open the Downloads window (the down-arrow on the toolbar) -- I think your soundpools should show up there.

Effects on the samples from the soundpools

After browsing the soundpools, I have found many samples wih reverb, chorus, flanger and other effects pre-applied. Why on earth are the samples delivered with effects applied? I cant remove the pre-applied effects. I have trouble with applying

soundpools

The soundpool section in the store on the music maker daw are not loading up but all the other sections like vst instruments, presets, etc are and all i have is a blank screen where the soundpools should be. Any suggestions?

@LMichael-Bouyer Are you logged in with your customer account? What free assets are missing? Free Soundpools need to be downloaded from the in-app-store or internal download tab. Features should install themselves automatically.

I'd like to be able to expand or collapse soundpools by genre. It would save scrolling down them all when looking for certain type. There is a bug where it will jump to the top of the list when I go back to them and it was at a certain point too.

There is no where to sign in, thats the problem. My MM2025 does not know I purchased unlimited soundpools and there is no way to tell I'm signed in or to try and re-sign in to make software recognize my unlimited soundpool purchase. I had this issue
