  @johny_lovin_it Hi, I had a quick look at the link you shared but then realised there's 9-10 videos on there, I know you mentioned ' for example, not only you see the glitchy stuff, it makes the video either split, distort or shake or jump, etc.'

  @Brice-Kennedy Hi, there's a couple of ways you could do this, right click on the image & change Background Design to white, You could put a white Templates - Test image- White on your 1:1 project top track & put your 16:9 media on the track

  Only reason I switch between .mov and .mp4 is if whatever s/w I'm negotiating with seems to force me when I want to complete an uncooperative function. Not sure I am correctly repeating this, but I was told (sometime ago) .mp4 and .mov extensions

  I go into image objects click on the butterfly and it comes up on my video in the main screen, I resize it but I can'y get rid of the handles tried clicking on the screenright right clicking the mouse I thought there might be a menu  Any ideas
