  Upon exporting all of my ZOOMS are black on playback

  @JANET-NICOLAS I don't think we established one thing: is it always the same images that are black/blank? Or are these "drop-outs" occurring at different points in the show? If it is always the same images I still think this could be a file format

  VPX16 Patch 22.0.1.253 released today Jan. 6
  Here are the changes to VPX16. I wasn't able to see the patch changes for Movie Studio, but I suspect that they are the same. None of the bugs that we have raised have been repaired. That said, I have had several crashes over the last month or so.

  @zdenekrsa Thank you for the additional information. On the computer where nothing is working try changing the three Device options for Hardware Acceleration to your CPU, rather than the GPU. Just for clarification, since this is not entirely clear

  @Willy-Pesnec Hi, To start, files on the import screen of the media pool are not in the program. The import screen is a flavour of Windows Explorer with some added features, but basically it is just displaying the files that are on your hard drives.

  @Former user Hi Gid. In MEP 2022 the project acts exactly as you describe in both playback and rendering. VPX I get smoother playback and slightly faster rendering. The Intel GPU only shows less than 1% of any video decoding and varies between 4-7%
