2021 music maker

program keeps crashing and not saving the activation and making me type again evertime then said i have it and can download it from store when its already installed, to many issue here then its not letting me copy and paste 3 tracks or certain vst it says not enough ram when there is 66% availble this program seems wacked out and needs trhese bugs to be fixed, i would like a refund as i been a magix fan for many years but i am giving up and gonna move on. please contact me via phone im tired of seaching for ways to contact your guys.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so no-one from Magix is going to see your post and certainly no-one is going to phone you, sorry.

Have you tried to use the Magix Support system to raise a Ticket to ask for help from the Technical Support team? if not, see this page for details of how to do this.

Refunds are usually available up to 30 days after any Magix product is first purchased.

One other thought: the problem of activation etc.not being retained; have you checked that your Antivirus and/or Firewall are not either blocking the app from contacting the Magix server or are preventing necessary files being written to your hard drive? There have been a number of recent reports of these type of problems being created by over-zealous security software.
