In your YouTube video of the content it says it is blocked in certain countries due to copyright infringement.

That probably means to can't view your own content if your country is on that list.

I suggest you look closely at your infringements and the YouTube terms and conditions.

@CubeAce has brought up a very valid point - Infringements - the content of the video looks like it is from other videos and images that are on the Internet in which case the infringements will result in blocking and/or take down notices being issued.

Copyright of media in any form and place is owned by the original creator, company or organisation, from whom you need permission to use it if you are going to 'Publicy broadcast' that content, eg on the Internet via sites such as Youtube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram etc.

'Fair Use' - is not a defence in using other entities Copyrighted material.

Its blocked in north Korea Syria Iran and Cuba nothing to do with the problem at hand as all music videos are blocked in these four countries.
