Hi

This error usually occurs when the servers Online Catalog cannot respond to the request from the program.

As I write the Online Catalog is online.

I understand, however the online catalog server is not responding for many times, for long periods! This creates a big delay in my productivity, because when I renewed the contract for the service, I was relying on the online catalogue. I would like to know if there is already a solution delivery forecast with the programming team to solve this inconvenience?

Hi,

Keep trying to log in. Sometimes it takes me 10 tries, sometimes 1.

Raise a ticket with Magix and remind them of this annoying problem.
