About antivirus.

Can any body tell me if I place antivirus in one drive other than windows drive than after formatting the window drive can it take the same values as it has before formatting?

No you cannot so this.

1. The software will write settings to the registry which will be lost when you format the Windows drive.

2. It is very unlikely that the A/V would work anyway if you could reload all the settings into the registry without reinstalling.
