accessibility issues with screen reader

Hi,

I have had tremendous struggle navigating, not only the site, but specially using the sound forge audio studio free test setup with my screen reader software, which is called Jaws. My question is whether any accessibility issues has been considered when constructing the sound forge software? I, amongst millions of visually impaired people, would love to use the software, but it seems inaccessible from the installation phase. can you please shed some light on this please?

best,

Ali

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff.

Unless there are any other users with needs similar to yours I suspect your best option is to raise a Support Ticket via this page and ask Technical Support for their input.

I fully understand why you are asking this and agree it is an issue that ought to be taken seriously.

HTH, and Good Luck!
