I purchased an Acid loop collection 5 days ago on Producer Planet but cannot download it. I get a message stating that my download limit has been reached. I haven't been able to download it at all and am wondering how to reset it. I created a help ticket with customer service to resolve the issue, but so far I've only received a suggestion from AI to clean up the store, which didn't work. An actual human hasn't reached out yet. Any help with this matter would be really appreciated. Thank you.
