Hi, I need help activating Movie Studio on my computer. When I put in the serial number to activate the editor I receive error code -14. The serial number is the same as the one in the email from MAGIX and there are no devices active on my MAGIX account.

I purchased this product in 2019 would that effect whether or not I can activate Movie Studio on a new computer?
