Activating proDAD Mercalli v5 in Video Pro X 18

Hi, I just upgraded my Video Pro X to the latest version (18). Everything works well exept one important thing: I can't unlock proDAD Mercalli v5 suite.
I seems like the guide you provide in the email is not adequate. I can't figure out how to get a new activation code. I only have the coupon code I receiced in the mail.
Please help me fast since I need it for a specific customer project. It worked with the old version.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and we do not provide any guide in an email.

Do you see Mercalli listed under the Effects tab as available to download? If so, have you actually downloaded and installed it? Once installed, I believe that is when the code is entered, i.e. when you try to activate it when it contacts the proDAD server.
