activatingMagix movie edit pro 2014 when reactivation limit has been reached

I've got a new pc and am trying to activate  my movie edit pro 2014 but I get the message that I have reached the limit of activartions allowed and to contact Magix support. Tried that but not getting any results...what can I do?
