I WENT TO BEST BUY TO HELP WITH CODE. THEY USED 0'S INSTEAD OF O'S. THEY ENTERED IT AND SAID TO WAIT FOR THE E-MAIL TO ACTIVATE. THE EMAIL NEVER CAME. I THEN WENT WENT BACK AND RE-ENTERED THE CODE removed by Moderator AND IT SAID IT WAS EITHER INVALID OR HAD BEEN USED. WHAT CAN I DO NOW.
Best Buy was able to log on to the Magix registration program..I was with them to see the log on was accepted ... The email with the codes never came from Magix for activation . Best Buy does not refund open software packages especially when they witnessed that the log on was accepted. . I saw it was accepted. I waited at Best Buy for 30 minutes for the email. I looked several hours later still no email. there is a breakdown in the response maybe your system was down???
No, their emails are definitely all end with .net.
Please stop shouting. IT IS EXTREMELY RUDE and will probably get you ignored from future users on the forum.
We are only other users here including the admins. There is no interaction with Magix staff on the forums.
Best Buy is legally obliged to help as your purchase contract was with them and not Magix as it was not bought by you directly from the Magix site. As such, even if you get in touch with Magix they will probably not interact with you if the order was via Best buy. You must be at least the eighth person to visit this forum with this problem. As far as I'm aware none of them had any luck without assistance from Best Buy.
No problem. It is normal etiquette on forums not to use capitals except for acronyms and other normal literary reasons. If you are not a normal frequenter of forums that is an understandable mistake.
I hope you find a resolution to your problem soon. Sorry us other users can't be of help with this particular problem as we see it a lot but if Best Buy is stonewalling you over this be amendment and kick up a stink. I wish you had the same consumer safeguards as we enjoy across Europe.
