I have a problem when using Vegas Edit 19

I can use 2 devices simultaneously.

But when I tried to use software on second laptop, it said "The activation code is incorrect," while first laptop can be used normally 

Although the following activations with this serial number are in use in the service center, 2 devices were activated.
