I click on the link that you provided but I can NEVER get to support. I only get references to documented solutions. I even find where it says that I need to contact them but there is NO link anywhere to do that.
I tried emailing info@magix.net and I got a response back from their auto responder that the email could not be delivered. They sent be back to the same support web site which goes in a circle. Do you have any other suggestions about how to contact them. It looks like they really DO NOT want to help their customer. I can't even find out how to get a refund if I cannot get them to give me a valid activation code.
By the way, thank you for your help. You are the only ones responding.
@David-Lucas The mail address is infoservice@magix.net

You have to decline all solutions the support website suggest to you before you will get to the site to send a support ticket. It's easy. Just scroll down on every site and follow the links to the next page.
They do want to help the customer. They just don't want to answer the same basic questions over and over because the users are to lazy to read the manual or watch the help videos. Every person with daily customer contact understands that issue.
