Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my MAGIX software. Whenever I try to render a video, I receive the following error message:

“The activation code is incorrect. Please make sure it has been entered correctly or contact the MAGIX customer service.”

I have checked the activation code multiple times, and it is entered correctly. Despite this, the error appears every time I try to render.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
