Activation Code not working

I just purchased an Activation Code, after receiving by email, I entered the code correctly and 3 times a message appears the Activation code is incorrect with a link to the forum. This is disappointing that one is required for copyright, since the videos I shall be using are all my own. Let alone the frustration at being unable to continue. If I need to purchase an Activation code for every video, I shall discard the software. I have purchased Movie Edit Pro Premium. Any help much appreciated.

All is ok now with the above. I had read the Activation code on my Ipad and entered to the laptop. By opening email on the laptop and copying and pasting, it worked. There must either be a space between each of the 5 hyphens or some other reason why my reading it and entering the correct digits did not work!
