1: I have had Movie Edit Pro 15 for 2 years. It will not activate. The serial number and mail address do not match. Tech support only supports after valid serial and mail address. What do I do?
2: M.E.P. 15 crashes after clicking the 'edit' button. I cannot do anything with it anymore.
Please help, as I'm completely stuck here.

Answer to your first question, assuming you have a registered account with MAGIX and that you have subsequently changed your email address. Access your account using whichever email address you used when you originally registered and find the option to change that address. I had to do that when I changed my email address. Then all the MAGIX products listed in my account were registered to my new address.
If that is not possible for you for whatever reason I suggest you contact MAGIX Sales Support, via the website.
The second question is MUCH harder to answer without a lot more detail! Plase see this post http://www.magix.info/uk/please-do-the-following-before-posting-your-question.forum.621831.html and supply the answers to the questions posed there. Be sure to include information on the format of the video files you are trying to edit.

Is this immediately after starting the program or after editting a project switching to Burn then back to Edit?
Was this working before and now it has stopped ?
Have you updated your computer and re-installed on a new version of Windows?

Magix now asks for activation When I open the program. My serial number is not accepted anymore. My email address is the same as it was; it has never changed. When I contact the sales support team, they only help after what they say is 'valid serial and email address'.
Again, I am completely stuck. Please help. Can someone, i.e. from the tech support, give remote support on this?

It happens when, after loading a project or starting a new one (it does not matter which one I try), I click Edit in order to show the timeline. At the moment I click Edit, M.E.P. crashes.

This was working before.

I re-installed on a new version, and it has never worked there :(
As for the activation: after a reinstall, activation question does not come up anymore, so let's consider that as done.
