Adding addition software content

I have recently upgraded to MEP2018 Plus Premium, it was supposed to have included the program Isotope Elements as additional content. When I go to "Activate content pack(s)". it does not appear. The product is registered and updated. I have been getting no where with tech support by e-mail. Can someone help me get what I paid for and expected.

As you can see , the extras are missing.

My apologies, I forgot to specify that for me it's a fee extension for a new year for Movie Edit Pro update service.
In email of my order I received a code that I entered in the MAGIX Store (your screen 3).
I received a second email for the 4 plugins, then Movie Edit Pro was modified for download the 4 extra effects.

I have the code for isotope Elements , the problem is I never get a place to put the code. J have down loaded and installed the additional content, when I click activate content packages nothing happens. I get no pop up boxes/

Problem appears to be solved:

After spending 30 minutes on the phone with Magix support, they finally admitted that they did experience some issues with their server, that may have caused incomplete software downloads. This caused people to not be able to download the plug ins that were part of their purchase. Their solution was to completely remove the upgrade and re-install it. Once that was accomplished I was able to go to activate additional content. Once started that process I received an e-mail from Magix with all the required serial number.

I want to again thank all the dedicated people who are on this forum, helping people with their issues. My sincere thanks to all that helped.
