After clipping scenes from video and exporting scenes are not removed

I am having trouble with Magix Platinum 2022. After deleting scenes from video and exporting, the deleted scenes return in the exported video. I tried the operation several times, making new projects and starting from scratch etc. same result. I read the help files and watched tutorial videos but I didn't see anything about this problem. Please help if you can, Thanks.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Assuming you are working in Timeline mode, please tell us, step by step, the procedure you follow to delete the scenes you do not want. It sounds rather as if you are highlighting the scenes but not actually deleting them.

If you are working in Storyboard mode, try switching to Timeline mode and doing the deletions there. Does this help?

Also, do you ensure you Save your project in its "edited" form, i.e. you save it after all editing is completed.

Also, although this is unlikely to be a factor in this problem, please tell us the format of the video files you are editing. If you are unsure how to do this, please follow this tutorial on MediaInfo and paste the result of its checking of any one of your files to a future reply.
