After I record, how can I convert the file to mp3 format?

"Sound Forge Audio Studio 14" (on computer). After I make a recording on Sound Forge 14, how can I convert the file to an mp3 format? (I use Windows 10 on HP laptop.)

"File> Save as" select "MP3 Audio (.mp3)" as the 'save as type ' and choose a desired preset and/or custom parameters.(assuming SF AS is similar to SF Pro.)
