Having re-installed Movie Edit Pro 17, it is telling me I have already registered the product and then kicks me out of the program. I did register it when I installed it back in August on Windows 7, and had it working at that time. It quit running in January and after installing a patch in March it got past 'Loading Media Pool' but now it won't let me past the message that it is already registerd. Any suggestions?
Contact Customer Service... I can only assume that maybe you have installed or activated to there the program is in a locked mode; they should have assistance for that.
