@Ademar-Neto

Hi

. . . . Since upgrading to this version, the advanced transitions are gone. . . . .

Which version did you upgrade from and 'advanced' transitions have gone missing?

If you upgraded from MEP 2016 or earlier the transition effects have moved to the Templates tab, Transitions.

Hi

. . . . It was one of the transitions I used most. . . . .

We need specific information - the image you uploaded above tells us nothing about which transition(s) have gone missing, also you have not said which version of MEP you upgraded from.

You do not have to post the images to any external hosting site - you can upload an image into a post by clicking the Upload file icon on the text box tool bar above.

The version I said at the beginning of the topic, I am now using version 17.0.3.184. And one of the PCs I updated, the other I installed yesterday downloading directly from the site, I updated soon after installing because even downloading the setup still requested an update and in both, the enabled transitions are those of the image that I sent. As I said, the advanced transitions do not appear in either.

Hi

. . . . upgrading to this version . . . . updated soon after installing . . . .

Confusion sorted - the 2 statements above mean different things - upgrading means you had an older version of the program eg Movie Edit Pro 2016 hence my question which version did you upgrade from.

. . . . As I said, the advanced transitions do not appear in either. . . . .

I presume you mean you do not see the actual transitions in the right pane of the category as shown in the example below ?

If not try resetting the program to its default settings - File, Settings, Reset program settings to default.

Note: this will reset any custom folder paths or other settings you have created.

If that fails, try downloading and installing the extra content again Help, Install extra content, Download extra content - if you left the previously downloaded content in their installation folder than the re-installation will be relatively quick.

I did as you told me: - File, Settings, Reset program settings to default. It worked perfectly now. The transition has appeared! Thank you!.

I am also having trouble finding transitions. I can't find the transitions that were in the Stereo Fades group inside the Fades tab. (Version 2016 MEP plus upgraded to new version 2018 MEP Premium) Thanks for help in locating them.
