I would like to use my live pads which when I try to use it says I can't with only 8 tracks so I decided to purchase the unlimited and its on sale for $4.99 . Anyway after I tried to purchase it this is what it has said. "An error has occurred during the purchase process." Now I have looked through my security and firewall settings and I can't figure it out. I even got on the site where I bought the program from but I can't seem to find this thing that I need to purchase in order to use the live pads. Anyone have any advice for me please and thankyou.. By the way , I'm really liking the app other then this part which has just takin place. Thankyou ,
I am experiencing the same problem. I am using the free version and wanted to add some free sound palette. I tried Mozilla and Edge and check as well antivirus but it does not help. Please Magix support answer....
The messege that I had wrote a while ago now was solved which I was thankful for. I know the free version is quite popular but I have personally bought 3 separate editions and the last one I bought was the premium version on black Friday. I have purchased all my versions from steam as well but after I purchased this version I got to see what it was like to b able to actually use all the instruments and I was so darn excited. Its really worth the $29.99 plus tax I payed and that was only for a short amount of time. It was supposed to come with Acid and soundforge 12 too but I didn't receive those. I wasn't even caring up until 2 days ago because I had updated my windows 10 then I went to open my super awesome premium version and I kept getting boxs that popped up saying my vita serial number to every single instruments even all separately have all expired and contact magix thru some website. So I went on it then it wanted me to pay $59.99 for the same exact thing I literally just bought but it was black Friday and it was also through steam so the magic account for some reason said it wasn't purchased. Now I open my music maker and I can't use not even 1 single instrument. I went from having 6 to all of them , felt what it was like to have all that at my disposal then couple days later everything was takin away. Thats actually makes it ten times worse then not having it at all.. I don't expect anything to be done anytime soon cause that's my luck... if there's anyone thats had that sort of problem im desperately in need to quench my producing thirst before my throats to dry n I change flavors. (What the hell am I taking about. Lol)
